With unemployment in South Africa at around 40% and the first year tertiary dropout rate of students at around 35%,

career guidance has become increasingly important. In South Africa, the general educational system is not equipped

to provide specialized vocational guidance. The majority of school leavers only have a vague idea of employment

opportunities and limited insight into the most appropriate career choices matching their abilities, interests

and personalities.

 

Our Career Guidance Centre in Randburg offers an advanced career counselling service to

Grade 10 to 12 learners. Our career counselling services is specifically designed to help you make

informed career and occupational choices.

 

Our career counsellors are qualified clinical psychologists that have a background in

vocational and industrial psychology. They are experienced to match your internal psychology with the

appropriate employment opportunities. Our service involve a wide range of diagnostic tests and

face-to face career guidance.

• Understand employment opportunities in South Africa with up-to-date career information such as

labour market trends, Job vacancies, internships, earnings, post graduation employment

To MATCH this we have designed a 4 step career guidance program:

 

• Step 1 – A combination of in-depth psychometric assessments, specifically design for the

South African Market, that will provide you with a picture of your potential, aptitude, personality,

interest and personal values. Also a FREE EQ test is included.

• Step 2 – A Career Guidance Workbook to understand the employment opportunities in South Africa
• Step 3 – You will receive comprehensive summary reports.
• Step 4 – An integrated feedback session with a psychologist. Discussing the results and

recommendations attended by the parents.

The 4 step career guidance program, including all psychometric tests (6 hours), free EQ test, summary reports

and a feedback session is R 1 600.

 

We do not provide different packages, as smaller more diluted packages are halve the guidance!
